However, if a certain part of the flat platform is directly exposed to the sun, Or if there are heat sources such as stoves around, the cast iron platform will be deformed. The purpose of fine scraping is to increase the surface accuracy, which will have little impact on the size. Therefore, pay attention to the sharpness and smoothness of the cutting edge, and make it 5° inclination with the cast iron platform.
2. The more scraping points, the smaller the knife mark should be, and the knife should be lighter, but not too light, otherwise the scraping points will not be deep, the display will not be obvious, and the points will be easily rubbed off, usually around 0.003mm.
3. The knife mark on the granite platform should be small, about 3mm wide and 6mm long. Each knife should be on a point. First, drop the knife in front of the point, press hard in the middle of the point, lift up after passing the point, and press the point when scraping. The size of the spots is divided into light and dark. Scrape all the big bright spots, open the middle spots and divide them into two small spots. The small spots can be left unscratched, and the small bright spots can be scraped off gently, so that the big scraped spots become into small dots, the middle scraping dot is divided into two small dots, the original small scraping dot becomes a large dot, and dots will appear in places where there were no scraping dots before.
